The DM, Players, and Audience members alike can each help, with their onsite donations during the game! Their funds can buy special bonuses, re-rolls, and even game shifting moments for the heroic PCs on their road to victory… or perhaps give a special sinister edge to the DM in order to make things a little more difficult for our intrepid heroes.

This is an event where the audience gets to help out the parts of the adventure they want to, and all the funds generated go to charity (through the charity office at GenCon).
