My character had numbers assigned to roughly 20 skills. They weren't mentioned a single time as the GM read his exposition to us throughout the 4 hours. It literally didn't matter what I did as my character, or what anyone else at the table had their character do.

I was very excited to play this RPG because I enjoy the lore from Chicago in this time period. The story (as read to me) was very good. However, the GM railroaded our party through the story, often dumping huge amounts of data on the party if we weren't acting in the way he wanted us to. Would not recommend.
