The legal sets are Base Set, Jungle, Fossil, Wizards Black Star Promos 1-14, and reprints of those cards from Promos, Legendary Collection, Base Set 2, and Celebrations Classic Collection. Proxies are not allowed. The tournament will be played using the original rulebook from Base Set. The rules are slightly different from modern Pokemon TCG! If there is a rules dispute, try consulting the rulebook. If your question is not answered satisfactorily, ask an event organizer for a ruling. Event organizer rulings are final. Rounds will be 50 minutes and best of one. Base-Fossil games can often take a long time! Players with a 3-0 record at the end of the event will win one pack of Celebrations.
