I have run this event many times at Gen Con, and everyone who has attended has been able to solve their cube by the end. Please bring your own cube with the standard colors (White, Yellow, Red, Green, Blue, Orange). There will be handouts you can take with you so you can remember how to solve it after you leave. I have developed this teaching method by cobbling together many different techniques, and I believe it is unique.
