At the direction of his majesty, Emperor Norton the First, the Royal Postal Service of the Bear Flag Empire has established a Dead Letter’s Office to find the recipients of undeliverable mail anywhere in California and complete that delivery no matter the cost. Some consider the expense and mission of this office to be absurd. The Emperor considers it a royal imperative.

In this Adventure Entertainment, Agents of the Dead Letter’s Office must travel north to Seattle. A package has arrived for Doctor Frank Buckland, a recent arrival in the city. Only, he vanished after a dinner party held by the Gluttony Club, an organization dedicated to dining on one of every creature in California. Where could he have gone and will the Dead Letter Agents be able to deliver his package?
