To start this session, we will explore different color palettes, specifically when thinking about blending colors to create a theme or overall feeling. Once your color palette is chosen, you will receive a practice page and will be given direction in a dry brush technique for blending backgrounds with acrylics. In the second half of the session you will use the blending technique & color palette to paint a background on a 9×12 canvas. Then you will be able to chose from a variety of di-cut silhouettes to add to your canvas along with other painted embellishments to make you painting personalized.
