In this interactive workshop, you’ll learn how to manage your mental state and your physical energy levels. You will leave having learned and practiced scientifically-validated breathing and meditation techniques that help improve mental clarity and energy, as well as techniques to reduce anxiety and induce relaxation. No prior experience necessary.
