The times are mostly peaceful in the lands Evramas, the Kingdom of the Diamond Scepter. Sages, wizards and clerics cavort openly with the threat of war far from the center of civilized life. There are small outposts of civilization exploring the edges of the realm which grows by leagues daily. You have been summoned to the Abbey of Gunne by Martin Hacott, a renowned cleric to one of these outposts. Based on your previous exploits, great as they are, believes you are the true adventurers worthy of a special task. The Sun is setting as you arrive at the farm and surrounding support buildings around the abbey.
