Intro to Lunar Rush
Intro to Lunar Rush
In the twenty-second century, humans return to the Moon and build bases for mining, research, and leisure. In 2148, an expeditionary team makes two remarkable discoveries: a previously unknown crystal and a new type of metal. Both possess unique properties with applications across several industries including medicine, space travel, and technology. Like gold and diamonds, both are also valued and admired for their beauty. Earth’s four major conglomerates immediately invest trillions of dollars, constructing new Moon bases near the richest veins. By 2149, a “new gold rush” is under way: a ruthless, relentless race to mine and sell lunethyst and lunarium.
