This format is played with the “15/3” rule. Decks may include a maximum of 3 copies of any card other than basic energy and a maximum of 15 trainer cards. The legal sets are Base Set, Jungle, Fossil, Team Rocket, Gym Challenge, Gym Heroes, Wizards Black Star Promos 1-24, and reprints of those cards with identical rules text. Proxies are not allowed. We will be checking decks to ensure legality at the start of the event. Please arrive on time for a deck check or email the event organizers a photo of the cards in your deck prior to the event. We will play with the original rules from Base Set. Note rule differences. Event organizers would be happy to help with any rules questions. Rounds will be 50 minutes and best of one. There will be door prizes and prizes for undefeated players at the end of the event.
