While on patrol near the moons of Saturn, the Imperial frigate Queen’s Lance discovers a strange humanoid shackled and floating in the void. The humanoid is shorter, slightly misshapen, with a look of taint about it and most surprising, still alive. After a med scan the humanoid is questioned by the Captain but just keeps repeating the great machine and the name of a planetoid. Imperial High Command has ordered the Queen’s Lance to leave patrol and investigate. They also request that at least some of the crew survive to report. Tally Ho!
