Let’s face it – many gaming products are written almost exclusively by men. Most creative teams are led by them. And there is a hunger for stories that encompass a wider perspective, one more sensitive to how women view the world and what they want out of a good tale. This panel discusses how to tell stories that appeal to women. These include story beats that hit the right notes, ways to create believable heroines and woman protagonists, and how to wrap up such a story sensitively. This panel is coordinated by D8 Summit Charities, a 501c3 gaming charity seeking to empower new and underrepresented voices while raising money for local causes.
