Spend a couple of hours learning to paint a Battletech miniature. You will be provided a mini that already has a single-color base coat. Brushes and other supplies will be provided as well. The instructor will walk you through some steps to take this simple mini and transform it into the pride of your tabletop.
Not only will students receive materials to make a base, but we will go over a variety of different techniques to make different styles of bases. Feel free to bring your own mini, and you can use the materials given to base it in class!
Who needs clean minis when you can have minis that look like they get work done! Adventuring is a dangerous business and miniatures should represent that. Take this class and learn how to scratch, ding, scrape, and abrade all with paint.
This is a practical class, you will get the opportunity to practice what is being taught. A model and handout is provided as part of the class. All other required items will be provided however bringing your own equipement (particularly brushes) is highly recommended.

10 figures will be displayed on a beautiful wooden base made by a talented woodworker, There will also be a certificate with the signatures of the participating artists! The display and certificate will be sold for auction on Saturday in the auction room. All proceeds go to Gen Con’s 2023 charity partnership.
